the feeling when your hands are sweaty, hyper focused on absorbing all the information possible, worry about other people (parents) reactions, muscles tensed and shoulders are raised up to ears

The merriam-webster dictionary defines stress as a physical, chemical, or emotional factor that causes bodily or mental tension resulting from a situation that alters your existing equilibrium and may cause disease

What is burnout: How do we define it?

We define Burnout as being worked so hard to a point where there is a block preventing me from working anymore, I want to sit in bed all day (the worse level of stress): stress → burnout.

The merriam webster dictionary defines burnout as extreme physical, emotional, and mental exhaustion from prolonged, excessive stress and frustration leading to feeling overwhelmed, drained, and hopeless, often from schoolwork, preparing for adulthood, and financial or social situations
